uh ok well what i mean by P platers is that they reckoin they can drive and stuff, but then they get in the car with their mates and speed, then get busted by the police or drive off the side of the road, now that what i had to say, uh back on topic now ill leave that part to you and ill return when i can

did you read that, they cant buy a car unless they take out a loan or unless there a rich b*****d, speaking of that they cant even take out a loan unless theve got a job with a good income or there parents are paying it off and then get the kid to pay them back eventually
