Youtube Copyrighting

We all know that copyrighting is a big thing these days. People can't just give credit where it is due, so people copyright things. Many outrages things happen with copyrighting things. Heres something totally stupid! I was on Youtube a few weeks ago, and saw a video about James Courtney. I clicked on it, because he has the sickest first name in the whole world!!!!!, and watched he video. It was of him, being recorded by a spectator in the garage on this spectators own camera and was not VESA camera or anything like that!!! (please take note of that sentence). I favourited it...coz it was a video of him revving his car and making the tune to Waltzing Matilda. I went to look at it then and this happened

It's pretty stupid since it wasn't even V8SCA's camera. The guy that posted that video is lucky that V8SCA didn't be stuck up about it and try to take it further.

Don't you just hate Youtube 'Copyright Crusaders'? Make me sick sometimes, I don't know why they do it, because most of the videos on Youtube are made out of fan appreciation. Removing vids from Youtube is the biggest way to make sure you lose fans imo.

I hate them Hoppa... anyway, one of T.A's mates (I looked at his profile page) and it's not me... yet... had all his V8 vids deleted. How unfair is that!

I'm glad Nintendo hasn't seen any of my vids yet!

EDIT: If they did, I'd probably get sued!

Actually, this reminds me of something that happened with the ABC. A 13yo boy claimed to be from the ABC to get videos of The Chaser's War on Everything deleted from Youtube. I came across this while trawling across Wikipedia one day, and I found it to be rather funny

It had been filled out by hand, listing "Loop Australia" as the company acting for the "Australian Broddcasting Corperation".

If you're going to try to screw over Youtube, at least spell Australian Broadcasting Corporation properly! How stupid can anti-Youtubers get?
