Which Overseas Track Should Be On The V8 Calender?
Re: Next International Round
I will post some of the tracks that have not been voted for yet.
Here is Motegi
Here is Fuji
Here is Monza
Here is Tsukuba
Here is Brads Hatch (Both GP and INDY)
Here is Donington
Istanbul has already been posted ( I think)
What do you think of these tracks?

Re: Next International Round
Motegi would be a beautiful track for the V8's! The flowing corners, the long straights... lovely!
Re: Next International Round
At first it is a litle like QLDRW but then it goes off to it's own little world. BTW, if you didn't notice, it is built around an Oval circuit.
Re: Next International Round
Majority of the race track is built inside. Just the east side of the track wonders outside of the ring, then obviously back in it again.

Re: Next International Round
Also, if the straights at Monza are equivalent in length compared to Conrod Straight, then tht could be a possibility.

Re: Next International Round
I know the main straight is quite long (played it on Race driver) but no-where near as long as Conrod. Maybe as long as the main straight of Hidden Valley(?)

Admin_Holden wrote:Well, it is as long (longer probably) than Conrod at Fuji.
1. There is no 'Conrod' @ Fuji (did you mean to say and?)
2. The main straight @ Fuji is 1.5km long, and is A LOT longer than the main straight on the (full name) Twin Ring Motegi...
Re: Next International Round
I know, I was meant to be saying The Fuji straight is as long as Conrod, and based on your info, it is 100 metres short. Anyway I thought about Hockenheim as well, which is a good track. As well as that there is Catalunya in Spain.
Re: Next International Round
They are both good tracks but I think that I'd still stick to Mangy Cours.

Re: Next International Round
I seem to like Brands Hatch GP, Paddock Hill bend is just phenomenal!
It's a downhill corner so it would be really hard to tame.

Re: Next International Round
I was racing Inineon last night on GT4 for ages!
I don't really like Brands Hatch that much....never have really...I just think the short version is too boring and the long is too long.......

Re: Next International Round
brands hatch is a good track. Dingle Bell (a slight corner with a hill) and Druids Bend are hair raising corners.
