Ferrari will be launching their new F1 on January 6 at their private track. They will then test it the following week after, when coincidently, Red Bull's RB4 will be doing testing as well.

Off topic but anyway...
The V8s are testing for a gold coin donation (albeit on a school day...) at Winton on Feb 12, with the "boring" circuit's on Feb 14.
Official timing is available for both!
