Nurburgring/Bathurst Challenge

I figured that all of you (well, most of you...) are racing fans so I thought I'd devise a bit of a gaming challenge...

These are for GT4 and V83:

On Gt4, you have to set a fastest time around the Nurburgring (PM me if you don't have the game, so I can delete you from the best list) it doesn't have to be compulsory, just thought I'd set up a challenge. Use any car you want!

So... the leaders are...

Set the best time around the Mount Panorama Circuit (again, same applies to V83 from the Gt4 rules) PLUS! This applies to the PS2, XBOX, PC, PSP and DS variants of the game!

I'll post my best lap time on the XboX version of V83. Going to race now, I bet it will be over an hour I suck at racing games

LOL... only a select few will beat and/or match my set time...

You should make both Pro Sim and normal categories for V83. Also, although I do have GT4, I struggle to get it fired up.

I used to struggle with the same problem but now I fixed it. All you do is wipe it with your shirt.

As well as that good idea with the Sim and Normal, BTW the 1:45 was obviously Normal. Also when posting your time mention the car as well, like I did.

My disc is scratched like no tomorrow. (Sorry if I'm going off topic)

Meh, doesn't matter. To save space, PM me everyone your lap time and then I'll edit the front page continuosly.

Should we include proof, or do you trust us enough to post legit times?

I should trust you, it's not like anyone would post a 3 minute lap time for GT4... but I expect truthfulness, if you don't, you get banned for a week. If I suspect it, I will PM you for proof.

Or even make a re-run. If they are within a certain bracket of time, you can believe them.

Hmm... yeah, maybe that.

I only really play need for speed games, though i have got a v8 racing game but i just dont play it much , well technically not at all now considering i just got need for speed pro street

I used to have GT4, but it disappeared on me... That's what you get when you have CDs scattered all over the place, I guess...

Well, looks like a fun challenge, I will give it a go. I do have both games too. on PS2

I thought I might set this up, it's gone cold the past few days. Especially today.

hey hop i thought ud be a little more organised with discs and all that, i mean my games are all kept in a cuboard in 4 stacks, now that i think about it the amount of xbox games ive got, the whole lot of em wouldnt even fit in the cuboard

With the Bathurst one, Can you make it ONLY V8 Supercars and Development series cars? Because I have the cheats and can unlock all the cars that race at Bathurst and it wont be very fair for the ones that don't.

Just the V8 Supercars. Dev Series will be in a different category because their cars are older and not as powerful as the main category.
